Meet Rich

With over 20 years of Real Estate experience, Rich has been the top producer at Keller Williams Peachtree Road since 2001. He is a graduate of South Carolina’s Clemson University, where he majored in Architecture.

 

As an Atlanta resident for the past 30 years, Rich has established a reputation for being an excellent communicator and helping clients establish and achieve their goals. By combining his architectural background, his extensive knowledge of Atlanta, and his ability to connect with clients, Rich has consistently led his team to new levels of success. Team Rich Richardson’s production exceeds $25 million. Rich is a Life member and a Phoenix Recipient of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club.

 

Prior to his real estate career, Rich was an executive for Chick-fil-A, Intellinet, and The Demoss Group. He has served on the Board of Directors for The Lighthouse Family Retreat and LifeGate Group, and is active in his community and Buckhead Church. Rich, and his wife Emily, live in Buckhead.
