Jeffrey Chose Buckhead Village for Its Return. Partners Card Week Shows What Else Moved In.

Jeffrey Kalinsky opened his first Jeffrey store at Phipps Plaza more than 35 years ago. In 2020 he closed all three locations, in Atlanta, New York City and Palo Alto. When he decided to open again this summer, he did not go back to the mall where the name started. The new Jeffrey opened Sunday, August 2, at Buckhead Village District, and Atlanta Magazine reported that he described the choice as "very deliberate."

That one decision explains a lot about the blocks around Bolling Way and Buckhead Avenue this fall. Over the past year, the Village has become where luxury and first-to-Atlanta fashion brands open in Buckhead. Tonight, Thursday, October 22, the Village hosts its sip-and-shop kickoff for the Camp Twin Lakes Partners Card from 6 to 8:30 p.m. It's the first holiday-season shopping event since that lineup filled in.

A year of signings, by the owner's own count

Jamestown owns Buckhead Village. On August 3, 2026, it put out a release listing who had recently opened on the property. Jeffrey was on it, along with Bobbi Brown's beauty brand Jones Road, London womenswear label ME+EM, New York lifestyle brand Hill House Home, LoveShackFancy, the French furniture house Roche Bobois, and Maeve, the second standalone Maeve store Anthropologie has ever opened. The list also included Great Many, which the release calls a first-of-its-kind hair growth studio.

The same release announced three more brands: Unsubscribed, Roller Rabbit and Tom Ford Beauty. Adam Schwegman, Jamestown's head of retail leasing, said in the release that these are brands guests "won't find anywhere else in the city." The Village is signing names with no other Atlanta address, so a resident who wants them has one place to go.

The list keeps growing. On October 13, Vince announced a boutique of roughly 2,400 square feet next to Billy Reid, according to the North Atlanta Star. Roche Bobois moved its showroom into the district and held a grand opening on September 23. Unsubscribed is now open at 3056 Bolling Way, Suite B215. It keeps hours of 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Turnover runs the other way too. Taverna, at 280 Buckhead Avenue, closed as of December 31 after almost nine years in the district, according to a ToneToATL roundup dated January 1, 2026. If you last walked the Village during the 2025 holidays, you were walking a different set of storefronts.

Why these stores fit a street better than a concourse

Jeffrey's floor plan shows what these stores are built around. The boutique is 4,000 square feet, and a quarter of it is a styling lounge where Kalinsky and his team work with customers. There is dedicated valet parking out front. Kalinsky explained the layout this way in his interview with Atlanta Magazine:

"Here, in Atlanta, it's about relationships, and they all happen back there. I just spent two hours with a customer, but I could have gone longer."

A store that plans for two-hour appointments and valet drop-off is planning for a customer who parks once and stays for a while. The cluster makes that kind of visit worth the trip. The North Atlanta Star described Vince the same way, as one more stop inside a district that already has Jeffrey, Jones Road, ME+EM and Hill House Home, so a shopper doesn't need a separate trip to a standalone store. Each new opening makes the stores already there a little easier to reach in the same visit.

That's why a ten-day discount window plays out differently here than in a string of separate errands. When the stores you'd shop are a few doors apart, the card turns into a single afternoon.

Tonight's kickoff and the ten days after it

Partners Card is a Camp Twin Lakes shopping fundraiser. Every dollar of the $80 card price goes to Camp Twin Lakes. According to the official Partners Card site, that money supports more than 13,000 camp experiences a year for children with serious illnesses, disabilities and life challenges, at little or no cost to their families.

The 2026 rules, from the Partners Card about page and shopper FAQ:

  1. Dates: The shopping window is October 23 through November 1, 2026.
  2. Discount: 20% off at participating retailers and restaurants, and you can use the card as many times as you like during the window.
  3. Buying the card: The purchase page sells a digital card and delivers it by email. The directory marks the locations that sell cards in person.
  4. In store: Stores check the mobile card against the cardholder's ID or credit card.
  5. Online: The discount works online only at the listed Online Retailers. Their codes come in the mobile receipt or the printed directory.
  6. Exclusions: Alcohol at restaurants is excluded. Each retailer lists its own exclusions in its directory entry.

Two Buckhead events fall right at the start. The Village kickoff runs tonight from 6 to 8:30 p.m. BASE Fashion + Facial Bar is hosting an all-day Partners Card event today as well. The Village has also posted the window on its own happenings calendar.

What's open for the card window, and what's still coming

Store Status as of Oct. 22, 2026 What's known about timing
Jeffrey Open Opened Aug. 2, 2026
Roche Bobois Open, relocated showroom Grand opening Sept. 23, 2026
Unsubscribed Open at 3056 Bolling Way, Suite B215 Release said "late summer"
Jones Road, ME+EM, Hill House Home, LoveShackFancy, Maeve, Great Many Open Listed as recently opened on Aug. 3, 2026
Roller Rabbit Not yet open "Later this year," planned for 3065 Peachtree Rd. NE, Suite B214
Vince Not yet open "This winter," next to Billy Reid, no date announced
Tom Ford Beauty Not yet open 2027
Equinox Not yet open 2027

So the 2026 card window lands at a midpoint. The shopping side of the new lineup is mostly open. The beauty and fitness anchors announced alongside it won't arrive until next year.

Check the directory before you plan your route

A store being new at the Village doesn't mean it takes the card. The 2026 directory lists 304 participating retailers and restaurants across Atlanta, and each store decides whether to join. In Buckhead, participants include Abbey Glass at Buckhead Village, which excludes third-party items and accessories, and 7 For All Mankind at Lenox Square, which offers 20% off full-price purchases. Arhaus in Buckhead is offering 10% off furniture and rugs and 20% off decor. Floor samples, protection plans, gift cards, delivery fees and earlier purchases are excluded. Other Buckhead-tagged participants include AcuWellness Atlanta, Artisan Beauté Med Spa, Barre3 and Belle | Mode.

If you're planning to visit any of the newer boutiques in the table, look up each one in the Partners Card directory before you go. Exclusions differ from store to store, and the directory entry is the only place they're published.

After November 1

The Village calendar keeps going after the card window closes. Brush Sushi runs Sip & Spin every Thursday evening, pairing its dinner menu with a wine list put together by its new sommelier. On Sunday, November 8, at 9 a.m., the Village hosts its first Buckhead Village Car Club meetup.

The store list will keep changing over the winter. Vince says it will open with its Holiday 2026 collection, including tailored suiting, sequined separates and cashmere knitwear. It hasn't announced store hours or an opening date. Roller Rabbit is still listed for later this year. Tom Ford Beauty and Equinox are scheduled for 2027.

A good part of what Team Rich Richardson pays attention to is how a place gets put together: which storefronts fill, what draws people to a block, and how a district like the Village takes shape over a year of openings.
